About the Journal

  • The Journal of Applied Engineering Sciences and Technology (JAEST) (ISSN 2352-9873) is a peer-reviewed journal published in both electronic and print versions by the Faculty of Sciences and Technology, University of Biskra, Algeria. Since 2026, the journal has been publishing four issues per year.

  • The Journal of Applied Engineering Sciences and Technology is an open-access journal.

  • The journal does not charge any article processing charges (APCs) or submission fees.

  • The journal is currently indexed and archived in Google Scholar, Indexa, Scilit, and Crossref.

  • The journal invites original submissions in English presenting novel and unpublished research within the fields of applied engineering sciences and technology. In addition, JAEST publishes special issues featuring selected high-quality papers from national and international conferences in specific areas of applied engineering sciences and technology.
