SPECIAL ISSUE INFORMATION
The Journal of Applied Engineering Science and Technology (JAEST) is pleased to invite submissions to the Special Issue:
Convergence of Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), and Blockchain Technology for Next-Generation Precision Healthcare and Intelligent Drug Delivery Systems
The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), and Blockchain Technology is creating new opportunities to transform healthcare from conventional reactive models toward intelligent, connected, secure, and personalized systems.
Artificial Intelligence provides powerful capabilities for prediction, diagnosis, biomarker discovery, treatment planning, and clinical decision support. The Internet of Medical Things enables continuous physiological monitoring through wearable, implantable, and connected medical devices, while Blockchain Technology provides secure, transparent, traceable, and decentralized mechanisms for managing sensitive healthcare information.
This Special Issue aims to bring these technologies together within a unified interdisciplinary framework for next-generation precision healthcare and intelligent drug delivery systems. Particular attention will be given to research demonstrating meaningful scientific, engineering, clinical, technological, or policy impact rather than isolated proof-of-concept applications.
We invite researchers, engineers, healthcare professionals, biomedical scientists, computer scientists, pharmaceutical researchers, cybersecurity specialists, mathematicians, legal scholars, and policymakers to submit original and high-quality contributions.
Interdisciplinary studies integrating two or more of the principal technological areas covered by this Special Issue are particularly encouraged.
