Copyright and Publication Policy
- Copyright Ownership: Copyright for articles published in the journal remains with the Journal IJAMS. The IJAMS retain full rights to their work, including the right to reuse their content in other publications, share it in repositories, or use it for educational purposes.
- License for Publication: By submitting their manuscript, authors grant the journal an exclusive right of first publication. The article will be published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) license. This allows others to download and share the article as long as proper attribution is given, but prohibits any commercial use or modifications of the work without explicit permission.
- Author Responsibilities:
- Authors must ensure their work is original, does not infringe on any existing copyright, and complies with ethical research standards.
- Authors are required to disclose any conflicts of interest and acknowledge all funding sources and contributions.
- Journal Rights: The journal reserves the right to archive, reproduce, and distribute published articles in print, electronic, and other formats. This includes indexing in repositories, use in academic databases, and promotional purposes.
- Open Access Commitment: The journal is committed to making research accessible to a global audience. Articles will be freely available online immediately upon publication, supporting the advancement of science and public knowledge.
- No Charges Policy: The journal does not impose any article processing charges (APCs) or submission charges. Authors can submit and publish their work free of charge, ensuring equitable access for researchers worldwide.
- Revisions and Updates: If corrections, retractions, or updates are required, the journal reserves the right to make these changes in consultation with the authors and clearly communicate them to the readership.
- Commercial Use: Any third-party request for commercial use of published material must be directed to the authors and/or the journal for permission.
Upon acceptance of the manuscript, a copyright transfer agreement is signed by the corresponding author, on behalf of all authors, to ensure compliance with the Journal's ethics and privacy policy.
